I come from a nursing background, training at Royal Perth Hospital. In 2003 while working at Albany District Hospital I heard about a Healing Touch class being held that weekend and commenced my training as a Healing Touch Practitioner.
After returning to Perth I continued working as a nurse and Healing Touch, I have a small private practice and have volunteered for SolarisCare as a Healing Touch Practitioner since 2007.
I play the harp and in 2008 completed a Healing Musicians course were I play at the bedside.
I am a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner as well as a Certified Healing Musician, and like to combine both where possible when I do treatments.

I have been practicing Healing Touch for fifteen years and a certified practitioner for ten years and I currently hold the position of Chair with HTWA Inc. I have had a backgound in nursing, teaching yoga, relaxation techniques for stress management and meditation.
My practice is based on professional standards of practice and code of ethics and provides therapeutic energy based techniques with a holistic approach to assist and empower my clients to achieve physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and well being in a calm, safe and relaxed environment.
My work as a HT practitioner has allowed me the privilege to work with many organizations and for the last 12 years I have been working as a practitioner in a volunteer capacity in a Cancer Support Centre at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital where HT techniques are used to work with patients and carers to help with stress, anxiety, pain relief and relaxation.
